Do you have a size chart?

We carry a variety of brands at Downtown Dandy.  Because sizing varies by brand, measurements can vary slightly.  However, we do have a sizing guide here. If an item runs big or small, it will be mentioned in the product listing.

 

What if something I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock in a particular style/size, a blue button will appear on the page that says, "Email When Available."  Click on this, enter your name and email address, and you'll be notified when the item is back in stock!

 

What the heck is a pre-sale?

We often list items for pre-sale in our shop.  This gives customers the opportunity to purchase newly-released items that are not yet available to ship.  Expected ship dates will be included in the product listing.
